First owned by In-N-Out Burger and configured as a mobile corporate office. The Detroit Diesel 8V92 V8 and Allison automatic transmission were replaced, the chassis was overhauled, the cabinetry was refreshed, and a PowerTech 20kW generator, a KVH satellite television receiver, and a Cradlepoint wifi system were installed. The interior is trimmed in beige leather upholstery and offers a lounge, a conference room, and three enclosed workstations in addition to a bathroom and a kitchenette. House equipment includes two flatscreen monitors, a chest-style refrigerator, a furnace, a water heater, and dual air conditioning units.
