As the Texas summer heat is quickly approaching, your Ayman Care Valley Ranch team wanted to share some tips to have FUN (and stay SAFE) in the sun☀️🍦⛵️

- Be sure to protect your skin. Sunburns are not only uncomfortable, they are an injury to your skin and should be avoided whenever possible. Wear SUNSCREEN!

- Stay HYDRATED. Water helps regulate your body temperature, and is extra important in warmer weather.

- Be kind to your eyes. Wear sunglasses and NEVER look directly at the sun. (Unless you have protective solar glasses like Dr. Lea!)
