I think if we look at nature, we see some universal processes that apply to almost everything.
For example, it’s interesting to learn about the molting process a crab goes through in order for it to grow.

It has to break out of its hard shell, which has been its only form of safety against predators, and now has to remain extremely vulnerable until its new soft shell hardens.

Think about it, I have to leave the comfort and safety of this armor that has protected me in order for me to grow. If I don’t, I will be stuck.

People can see a physical transformation, but they don’t understand mental transformation because it’s invisible.

You have to let go of the things you found comfort and safety in if you aspire to grow, by letting go of your old identity to adopt a new one that is more aligned with who you want to become.

Prior experience is not needed, training will be provided. This is not an hourly wage position!!
