I'm Janicka A. Arthur, a creative business consultant, choreographer, movement strategist, and public speaker in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

My mission is to help aspiring creative entrepreneurs grow and evolve into productive, impactful, and sustainable businesses. I've been in your shoes. I understand the ups and downs of creative entrepreneurship firsthand and the work that it truly takes to pour yourself into your art. For nearly 11 years, I endured the late nights and early mornings of balancing my passion and my corporate responsibilities. Ultimately, I left the "security" of my 9-5 job to promote myself as CEO of my own ballet enterprise and now live a purpose-filled life.
