Natural gas operations do not fit neatly into one job description.
The people managing pipelines are also fielding compliance questions, navigating supply chain disruptions and making decisions that touch underground storage, cybersecurity and project risk all in the same week.
OpsCon 2026 reflects that reality across 9 educational tracks running on both conference days in Austin.
Whether your work falls within one of these tracks or spans several, the agenda covers the full scope of what operations professionals are managing right now.

This July 4th, America marks 250 years. Natural gas has been part of that story from the beginning.
It was first identified by science in 1776, the same year the nation declared independence.
America's first natural gas well was drilled in Fredonia, New York in 1821.
After World War II, thousands of miles of new pipeline brought natural gas into homes, factories, and power plants across the country.
Today the industry keeps innovating, from LNG and renewable natural gas to the technology that keeps every mile of pipe safe.
Behind each of those milestones are people. Operators, engineers, first responders, and problem solvers who move this industry forward every day.
Throughout 2026, SGA is celebrating America 250 by telling their stories. Follow along, and if your company has a story worth sharing, we want to hear it.

You are not alone in having to balance sustainability commitments while keeping operations reliable and affordable.
The SGA Sustainability Committee recognizes that sustainability is a business imperative that strengthens resilience, builds stakeholder trust, and creates lasting value for the communities you operate in.
Committee Chair Chintan Mehta (Enbridge) and his peers across operations, environmental, engineering, and compliance roles come together regularly to share what's working, identify emerging challenges, and advance solutions that support both environmental stewardship and operational excellence.
Their work is built on a simple belief: progress on sustainability happens through partnership and collaboration, not in isolation.
The committee helps operators reduce emissions, improve efficiency, advance innovation, and meet growing energy demands safely and responsibly. That collective knowledge strengthens the entire industry's ability to deliver the reliable, affordable energy communities depend on.
This is why SGA recognizes the Sustainability Committee as June's Committee of the Month.
When committees translate shared responsibility into actionable collaboration, everyone moves forward together.
