Sun’s out, strings out. (Well, sort of.)

Summer weather has arrived, and with it the increased risk of damage to string instruments. Direct sun exposure can soften the glue holding the instrument together, leading to open seams and—in our worst nightmares—fingerboards that completely detach. Heat can also melt the varnish, causing a sticky (and expensive) mess.

We’re ready to make music for you outside, just pick your preferred style of coverage to provide for us. Garden tents, fashionable umbrellas, and leafy trees are some of the most popular choices. Although, we won’t say no to individual fan attendants. 🪭
