This was a small condo renovation at the 21 Building in the heart of Turtle Creek. Even with a small amount of space we were able to make this condo stand out. It was in horrible condition when we started so we had to do a complete floor to cieling remodel. The result was a fantastic space with high quality finishes that complimented the already incredible views and location.

The definition of a Charming Craftsman Bungalow this house on Belmont Ave gave us a great canvas to work with. Located steps away from lakewood shopping center on an oversized lot this 3/2 did not last very long once it hit the market. We reconfigured the master bath to make the most of the space to include a double vanity, walk in shower and freestanding bathtub. The kitchen was completely remodeled with a commercial grade 48" stove and range hood with rainfall glass mosaic backsplash.
