How to Clock a Substitute Teacher In & Out Using a QR Code
Managing substitutes just got easier! 🕒
Here’s How It Works:
1️⃣ Clocking In: When the substitute arrives, log in to your portal on your phone. Select "Check-In," then use your portal scanner to scan the QR code the teacher provides from their portal to clock them in.
2️⃣ Clocking Out: At the end of their shift, the Director selects "Check-Out" and scans the teacher’s QR code again to clock them out.
3️⃣ Leave a Review: Before finishing, click "Post a Review" and leave a 5-star review to recognize their work! 🌟
