Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe what I feel for this team. This crew was entrusted to me by my good friend, the late , RIP. and I’ve done about 85 roofs with them since. Not once—not once—have I had an issue, a complaint, or a warranty call. These men are professionals to the core.

And at the front of it all is .melgar . Brother, thank you for your leadership, for always taking care of your crew, setting the standard, and leading by example every single day. A strong team needs a strong leader, and you’ve been exactly that.

What means the most to me is that these men are Honduran, my people. Their work ethic is different. Their brotherhood is real. They show up early, take initiative, respect the hustle, and give everything they have whether it’s 110° heat or 20° cold. No excuses, no complaints. Just heart.

I’m proud of the work we do together, but I’m even more proud of the men they are. I’m blessed to pour into their lives the same way they’ve kept me grounded, humbled, and focused.
