happy new year! as we welcome in 2026 and get ready to start fresh, it felt like a good time to figure out how to use my instagram again. i’ve spent the last year navigating being a full time business owner (i’ve been doing this for SIX years???) as well as a first time parent (toddler parents: are you OKAY???).

needless to say i really fell off the posting game here because it felt like everything needed to be curated and perfect, i felt like my old work wasn’t good enough at the same time i wasn’t getting enough new work to post to this page. the impostor syndrome combined with postpartum anxiety and depression was suUuUuuch a fun combination that it felt easier to eliminate the responsibility altogether. instead i channeled my energy into focusing on posting on my blog, on my tiktok, and updating my website. i was “active” in the sense that you could reach me on here but not active enough to post anything. so in the spirit of new beginnings i’m going to try AGAIN!!!
