Responsibilities
•Develop and deploy test scripts and cases for Workday financials functional areas

•Identify and document system testing requirements, conduct test events, and produce test reports

•Review, monitor, and summarize progress of project testing activities

•Ensure clear and coordinated communications regarding test progress and closure

•Work with internal SMEs of different functional areas on client side to help execute test scenarios in Workday financials

•Coordinate testing activities with Workday implementation team and project manager

•Document failed test scenarios and follow up with implementation team. Track any configuration changes to those test scenarios

•Influence others to make correct decisions about internal processes and mapping of those processes in the Workday configuration

Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MIS or other related field

•At least three (3) years of Accounting and Finance experience

•Extensive experience with Financials systems (HR and Payroll systems a plus) is required.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented collaborative team environment

•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with associates to troubleshoot and address technical and process issues.
