Brian Auman Insurance just went through another successful round of hires.

We are bringing on 8 more agents for the months of June/July.

Perfect for stay at home moms
Freelancers looking for another stream of income
Someone who wants to replace their traditional job
Or sales people looking for more control over their work and commissions.
Part time 10-15 hours a week *typically* 3-4k a month
Full time 30-35 hours a week *typically* 10k+
Pay varies obviously because it is commission based, but if your interested I can walk you thru commission structure.
100% work from home
100% commission based
100% on the phone/online (no in person)
0% cold calling

Prefer people who are licensed, but will help the right people get a license.

I need people that are teachable, dependable, and genuinely care about their clients. You have to care about helping people and putting people in the best positions even if means less for you in the moment, and not just making sales. This is a big deal for me.

Requirements—

-Must excel at social media networking

-Proficient at LinkedIn

-Must understand the goal on vision of the agency, and communicate that well to prospective agents.

-Must have a good judge of character and be able to vet prospects
