As you all know I have worked with people in very hard situations for many years. I have seen the best of humanity and unfortunately the worst. I take time each year to remind people that the su***de rate increases over the holidays. While, many people have wonderful families some are morning the loss of their family. Please take time out to set good intentions or pray for the people who feel alone over the holidays. Reach out, invite them over and help them create their family of choice. You might save a life.

If more people understood this there would be less divorce.

Let go of relationships that do not serve you so you can reach for the one that will.

This can be a challange, but please remember the kids do not want to be put in the middle.
