I remember when architect James Shearron of discovered the mirrored bathroom that is now in designer Miles’s Redd’s New York townhouse in a Chicago salvage shop. That was my first introduction to Frances Elkins. I never imagined that over 30 years later Elkins would be the inspiration for the renovation of my New York apartment.
