Parents of high school students — this is something I wish more families knew BEFORE AP Calculus.

A lot of students struggle in calculus not because they’re “bad at math”…
but because of gaps that started earlier in Algebra 2 and Precalculus.

Every year I see students lose confidence because of topics like:
• Rational functions
• Unit circle/trig identities
• Limits
• Multi-step algebra mistakes

That’s why I made this roadmap.
It shows:
1) what students should master first
2) where grades usually start dropping
3) how strong students prepare for AP Calculus

Honestly, summer is one of the best times to fix these gaps without school pressure.
