Here is a walkthrough of house we finished with newly installed Cattail Pecan laminate flooring from Mohawk.

Mohawk Flooring is a high quality laminate flooring material that is a great alternative to hardwood flooring. Its requires a moisture barrier and underlayment if installed over concrete like this in project.

We were able to complete this floor installation with new baseboards and floor trim in less than 2 weeks. The amount of time will vary based how much subfloor prep is necessary to meet the desired expectation

Subfloor preparation is an important element to achieve a long lasting floor install. This means understanding moisture containment and creating a smooth, clean surface for the new flooring material.

In this bedroom remodel we re-textured the walls and ceiling with a light orange peel style texture to modernize the space, and added ornate crown molding for a decorative touch. We had to use a flexible urethane crown molding in order to wrap around the curved surface of a wall.

We painted the room top to bottom in Sherwin Williams paint using the color "Vanillin" for the walls and "Swim" for the vanity cabinet.

We then customized the old ironing board cubby to be used as shelves.

Here we converted a detached garage into a home office. We re-framed the interior walls, installed a window and door, insulated and sheetrocked the walls, ran electrical for a ceiling fan and wall A/C unit, and epoxy stained the floor for a beautiful and cost friendly finish.

In this Kitchen/Laundry remodel combo we removed a load bearing wall and joined the two to create a better flow and more space.

We replaced all the cabinets with shaker style Fuji Light cabinets that have a natural wood look that we love up against the emerald backsplash.

Quartz countertops, custom cabinet mods, and a an exterior hand crafted handrailed stoop for the back door exit. (Check our next posts to see more photos)
