Purging is a necessary evil 😅

This is all the acne that was underneath your skin coming to the surface rapidly. This is the phase where a lot of people want to call it quits but this one of the most important phases of the journey.

It’s tough to deal with mentally because it seems like everything is going down hill but truthfully it’s working. I hate it has to work this way but it’s not easy to deal with mentally.
