Helping an independent business owner find a part-time admin for her stationery studio in the Dallas Design District.

Part-time. $20-25 per hour depending on experience and knowledge of software mentioned below.

In studio (Design District)

2-3 days/week. This position requires great organizational skills and communication skills.
Will perform following tasks:
- Emails: Primarily vendor communication, but some client communication.
- Answer calls / Greet at door
- Administrative operations (trafficking & filing paperwork to bookkeepers mostly)
- Needs to be comfortable learning software
- Big plus to know quickbooks
- Create POs & Receive small shipments
- Data entry
- Running small errands
- Experience with social media & marketing software a big plus
