• Strong prior knowledge in cellphones and computer repairs
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude to ensure clients are getting best possible professional experience
• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong interest in technology
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
• Interact with customers and intake devices for repair and diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills required (Spanish is a plus)
