👩🏽🍳 I still got it and some days I miss my food truck and restaurant and other days I don’t.
🚴🏽♀️ I like the path I am on now and I am thankful. Maybe I will cook again at …the jury is still out on that decision.
Tips:
Use flour it is the best and pour about 2 tablespoons of carbonated water into your batter (it’s the secret to the fluff) 😘

🤌🏼Sometimes I get back into the kitchen to bake from scratch as I process strategies and think about what’s next for my life.
It makes me miss my food truck and restaurants so much. I loved every vegan and plant-based recipe I created. It was art for me.
But, for now I will build tiny home communities with a bit of nostalgia.🧡
