New Artisan Distillery. ✨

The Fine Dining Chef LLC made its official pop-up debut at New Artisan Distillery Jazz Night in Dallas — sold out, 100 guests, zero complaints, and an experience that reminded me exactly why I started this journey.

We served our Smoked Brisket Sliders with bacon garlic aioli, our Smoked Sausage Charcuterie Board on slate, our Strawberry Spinach Spring Salad with candied walnuts and balsamic drizzle, and our Wood-Smoked Chicken Skewers with roasted jalapeño crema. Every plate crafted with fine dining technique and served with pride.

To my team — Jamie, Heather, Lydia, and Michelle — you showed up and showed out. I only had to show you the standard once and you ran with it the entire night. I'm beyond grateful.

To every guest who ordered, complimented, shared, and supported — thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is just the beginning.
