So model Karlie Kloss and husband Joshua Kushner are now the owners of one of the most iconic beachfront mansions in Malibu, CA, having reportedly purchased the lavish property at an incredible $20 million discount(now that’s some great negotiation for you!)

Kloss, 32, and Kushner, 39—who is the brother of Ivanka Trump‘s husband, Jared Kushner—are understood to have acquired an architectural gem known as the “Wave House,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

The outlet reports that the couple paid $29.5 million for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, which is a world away from its $49.5 million asking price in June 2023.
