Courtney’s culinary journey began early on, inspired by her Memphian Southern family and their love and respect for quality and tradition. Hospitable as she is talented, Chef Co Co is eager to share her passion for culinary craft, unique cocktails and flair for design with each client she meets. After, a long career in internet marketing and sales Courtney grew bored with her professional career and started to design food events for friends and colleagues and as a result she was contacted by a casting director for MasterChef 8 while she progressed quickly in the competition she was eventually eliminated after being in the bottom two. After MasterChef, Courtney continued her path through the eye of food by being a Private Chef offering private dining experiences, cookery classes and pop up dining events for Dallas locals.
