4 days of prep but the tamales are all finally rolled and cooking. Drop off will be between 8:30-9 am max, we were hoping to have them right at opening but we had to make about 700 total tamales 🫔🙏🏾🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 thank you everyone. That being said we will do one more tamale pop up next month so be on the look out guys! So happy with how they’re coming out this year! The growth in cooking has been real!
