It is with a heavy heart that we share that both POSE Studios - Preston Royal and Frisco locations will be permanently closing on November 30, 2025.

We understand that this may come as a disappointment despite our passionate efforts, glowing reviews, and significant investments in our amazing team. We have encountered insurmountable challenges that prevent us from continuing.

We sincerely appreciate your unwavering support and dedication over the past few years. We will sincerely miss our time together on the mat, lobby chats, and the connections we have made as a community. We want to make the most of these last few weeks together, so we encourage you to please join us for class and book a blowout.
