It’s interesting, how people stick with you. With your mind, your heart, your soul. Even when years have passed, their name stops you in your tracks. That happened to me here.

If you know Russ, you know. If you don’t know him, allow me to share.

He’s 18 months older than me but every thought we were twins. One random day we were disagreeing on who was taller so my dad brought a level in the house and standing side by side, we were level. The exact. Same. Height.

Russell is incredibly smart, probably the smartest person I know. Without knowing how to read music, he can play any *and I mean any* song on the guitar, bass, drums, piano, keyboard, and I feel like I’m forgetting one but you get the picture. That’s downplaying his musical talent. He’s a fighter and a survivor. He accomplishes anyone sets his mind to as long as it’s what he wants and not someone else’s agenda. His humor is dark, twisted, and dry which is exactly how mine is. Don’t even get me started on his natural athletic ability, it makes me sick. 😂

I know my brother like the back of my hand. I used to say I know him better than I know myself *used to be true but therapy has done wonders for me 😂*

Russ is and has always been an animal lover, a giver, an empath, a deep thinker, someone who loves to be different than the crowd, a daredevil, a big kid, a loyal friend, a comedian, a musician, a brilliant mind, a gentle soul, a helping hand, and my favorite big brother.
