Day started at 4 AM with a text to Michael Kousis and ended at 12 AM, ending the day with a 2 hour real estate investing, super focused, zoom call with Michael!

Rehab on our rental property is coming along great! Seeing the transformation in just this room has been amazing to see.

So far demo has been completed on 2 units. We opened up the wall to make an open concept between the kitchen and living room. Drywall has been put up. I've been working on selling various appliances on the property to help build capital for other uses for this project.
