A huge chapter is closing here at Seville Uptown, and we could not be more proud. 🎓✨

Our very own Joel recently graduated and is stepping into an exciting new career in the medical field, and honestly, we could not think of anyone more deserving. Joel has poured so much heart into this community, and the impact he has made on our residents and our team is something that will truly last.

While he will always be a part of the Seville Uptown family, he will no longer be with us in the office, and those are some seriously big shoes to fill. We love you, Joel, and we are cheering you on every step of the way. 💙

In the meantime, Savannah and Josh are here for anything you need! Whether it is leasing, questions, or just stopping by to say hi, we have got you covered while we search for the perfect person to join our team.

Seville Uptown residents, we’re welcoming the new season with a fun treat! 💚

Craving matcha? Join us Saturday, March 7th at 10 AM in the Resident Lounge where Vive Matcha will be popping up with delicious matcha drinks.

They’ll be here until 5 PM or until supplies last, so be sure to stop by early!

Hard Freeze Warning ❄️🥶
In effect Friday, Jan. 23 through Saturday, Jan. 31.

If you’re from Texas, you already know how this goes. If you’re new here from out of state, welcome to the week where the forecast turns into a group project.

Freeze prevention checklist (quick + important):
• Keep your heat ON and set to at least 60°F
You don’t need it on full blast, just enough to keep the apartment from getting too cold.
• Open cabinet doors under kitchen and bathroom sinks
This helps warm air circulate around plumbing.
• Drip faucets (especially exterior-wall sinks)
A steady drip is perfect, you’re aiming for movement, not Niagara Falls.
• Seal drafts
Check doors and windows for cold air. Use a towel or draft stopper at the base of your door if needed.

Watch for warning signs:
• No water flow, weak water pressure, or unusual noises from pipes
• Water spots on ceilings/walls, damp carpet, or pooling water
If you notice any of the above, report it immediately.

Emergency maintenance:
Call 214-443-8188 and dial 3 for the emergency maintenance prompt.

With snow expected, we may also see sleet and ice on the roads, which can lead to delays or shutdowns. Please grab groceries and essentials ahead of time. Because once the ice hits, your DoorDash might take one look outside and decide it’s a “thoughts and prayers” kind of night. 😅

We’re here to keep you informed, not stressed. We also have team members who live on site and are ready to assist if anything comes up.

Okay yes… we’re a little late announcing this 😂 but in our defense, y’all made it HARD. The holiday decoration entries were so good we genuinely couldn’t pick without a mini internal debate and a couple “wait, look at this one again!” moments.
