While the future remains uncertain for me right now, one thing is for sure:

I had a lot of help with healing and recovering in between each bout. I have taken a considerable amount of punishment in the ring over the last few months, and it's not just as simple as "shake it off."

That's where my friends at Roots Chiropractic Dallas come in. No matter how bad it may have gotten, I had a team of professionals putting me back together after every match, and helping to keep me in the best shape I could be in before my next match.

Tomorrow afternoon, I'll be back to let that team of professionals do what they do best. I recommend everyone keep an eye on our social media feeds for collaborative content that may be in the making!
