This client, a Midwestern health system, is looking for an experienced Cerner Millennium Registration and Scheduling consultant.

In this role, you'll bring analyst, workflow, documentation, build, and testing skills for this new installation in a primarily acute setting. Their preference is for someone who has built/implemented this in Java; or be a technically inclined consultant who can understand the differences between a Win32 and a Java environment.

Musts:
Millennium Registration and Scheduling implementation experience
Experience with Reg/Sched build
Build and technical experience
Java experience highly preferred

Greenway EMR Specialist/Superuser
Contract

Our client, a successful and growing specialty medical practice, is looking for an EMR "superuser" with Greenway experience. In this role, you'll bring your experience with clinical workflow to help train users, update templates, systems updates, troubleshooting, and coordinating tickets. You'll ensure that staff and providers are utilizing the system properly.

Duties will include:
Ensuring that the system is running optimally
Ensure clinical workflow is compliant and secure
Supporting users, troubleshooting and triaging issues
Ongoing EMR updates/training for staff
Reporting clinical informatics
Setting up new user accounts

Requirements:
Experience supporting Greenway as a "superuser"
Knowledge of clinical and revenue cycle workflows
Experience in systems maintenance, updates, and working with vendor to fix issues

EpicCare Healthy Planet Analyst
100% remote

Work day: M-F, 8-5 PST

Our client, a West Coast healthcare system, is looking for an Epic Certified Healthy Planet Analyst. In this role, the analyst will work with internal teams for clinical and business implementation. This includes gathering requirements, process and workflow design, build, testing, training, go-live, and support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ambulatory, MyChart, Tapestry and Epic Link; as well as Clarity Data Model.

You'll use your technical expertise for reporting and informatics including SlicerDicer, Crystal Reports, Epic Radar, dataflows from Chronicles to Clarity to Caboodle. This will also include identifying schema/ETL deficiencies, output data stages and aggregate views.

Experience needed:

Expertise in healthcare analytics (population health, healthcare data, payment programs)

Epic Certified in EpicCare Healthy Planet (must)

Epic Certified in Ambulatory OR Clarity (1 or both)

SQL coding (views, stored procedures) AND/OR SSIS

Tableau experience

Must be able to provide proof of completed covid and flu vaccinations
