Another head's up: A large number of American's Social Security numbers may have been stolen in a recent colossal hack with over 2.7 BILLION records potentially compromised from National Public Data, a platform offering information to staffing agencies, employers, private investigators, and most others looking to perform background checks. I'm not saying to go nuts, just give you the head's up and recommending that you keep an eye on for finances for the time being. Stay vigilant.

In DALLAS County, 'Price Decreases' have shot up by 75%, 'Canceled Listings' by 61%, and 'Expired Listings' by a whopping 147% when compared to this same week last year. But FEAR NOT! With the expected rate cuts next month we can expect both buyers and sellers to start experiencing a more favorable real estate market here in DFW. Onward, friends.
