We’re bringing the spice, spice, baby, to campuses today for a massive Tajín Takeover at Hillsdale College, Lancaster Bible College, and Misericordia University. Our culinary leaders, Ed Knake, Xavier Smith, and Gary Owen, were serving up the ultimate flavor fusion during their visits.

For our 2026 Earthly Eats celebration, our teams put the spotlight on the humble but mighty lentil. As a small ingredient with a big impact, lentils are a sustainability powerhouse. They require minimal water to grow, naturally enrich the soil, and provide a nutrition-packed, plant-forward alternative for our favorite dishes.

From our kitchens in healthcare and education to our corporate cafes, guests enjoyed delicious lentil-based meals to show how simple, mindful food choices can help protect our planet.
