It's not a MASSIVE difference. But it's enough to tell that what I'm doing is working. Scale has not moved but ALL of my clothes are getting looser. The size 24 jeans I bought 4 months ago that were tight, now fall off completely without a belt. The size 22, a size smaller, that I bought TWO months ago that were almost too tight, I can fit my arm down inside with it buttoned and zipped. I'm about to buy the next size down if I find one. (They don't restock often)
Got a new job. 1.6miles from my house. Walk to work and back and that's 3.2 miles a day. Not even mentioning what I walk while I'm AT work. Think I'm going to see some real weight drops soon. 🥳
Picked a bus stop a bit further away for a longer walk today before work. (1+ mile) Wish my damn Map My Walk app would work so I knew exactly how far. 😔
