I got my last 2 drains from surgery out yesterday and was cleared to drive 🎉🎊 I was excited to go to the gym for our staff meeting today. When I got there, the whole gym surprised me with applause and noise makers to celebrate me being cancer free.

Tough times don't last. Tough teams do. This crew has supported me so much through my treatment. I was humbled and thrilled to celebrate with them today.

January 30th of this year, I recieved a phone call that I had breast cancer.

August 7th, I found out that I had pathologic complete response or the disappearance of all signs of cancer in tissue after treatment. My oncologist said about 30% of patients with my type of breast recieve pcr.

It's hard to celebrate too much when I'm still recovering from surgery, but I do feel like I can finally breathe easier knowing I've made it through the hardest parts of treatment and recovery.

Chemotherapy and surgery were hard, but I would do anything to ensure I can be here for my Wolfe Pack.

Per usual, Woe Jolfe has been nothing short of amazing. From cutting my hair when it started falling out to helping me in and out of bed and emptying surgery drains for me, Joe truly has done it all.

My team at Mezger Martial Arts / Hidden Gym has been absolutely incredible. Yes, I worked through this. Yes, I had to take some days off and am thankful to everyone for covering for me when I couldn't make it in.

Ladies, get your mammograms! If you feel something, call your doctor. Gentlemen, encourage the ladies in your life to get their mammograms.
