Last year, at 25, I moved in with my grandma because she became seriously ill. But I truly believe that no matter your age, you can still achieve anything. So we started training every single day and I cooked high-protein meals for us daily. Now she can finally walk stairs again with ease and feels so much better ❤️ But this is just the beginning.
