Physician spotlight: Drew Boehmer, DO ✨Being in his second year with Metro, Dr. Boehmer knows first hand that a good mentorship program is key when transitioning into private practice! He is a junior mentor and a member of the recruiting committee. On the weekends, you will find Dr. Boehmer hunting, fishing, traveling with his family or attending a sporting event.✨ Why Dallas? Being from Grapevine, Dr. Boehmer is proud to still call Texas home & be close to family but loves Dallas because of the concert & food scene! If he could have one meal.... Medium rare steak, baked potato, and a good old-fashioned! Sports fan? Clearly. Why Metro? The thing I love most about metro is the continued support from my colleagues and the mentorship program that provided a smooth transition from residency to private practice.
