American workers are notorious for being workaholics. Since March of 2020, an overwhelming majority of U.S. employees have shortened, postponed or canceled their vacation time, according to one survey.

The kids are out of school and thoughts turn to road trips, visits to the beach, cruises, long holidays at a resort and extended outings to see family and friends. But are your employees actually using their time off? The short answer is, probably not.
