Still some work to be done.... but man I’m proud of this one. Gorgeous toe glide, stacked position, check how loooong she stays closed in the initial drive 👌 so pretty, I could watch this all day

I can’t even with these gorgeous pitches.... Fastball followed by a flip change 🔥 check out that stacking on the fastball, STACK AND STICK. No change in tempo when throwing the change up, making it completely deceptive. As her front foot plants, you can see her right side hip is triggered to direct her energy toward her target, in perfect synchronization with her arm whip. Elbow leading, palm up, followed by a fast and loose “roll over” or her wrist and forearm.
