For some wounds never fade.

In the face of what does not concern you.
Do not waste your energy on futile causes.
Not everyone deserves
Your strength or your time.

Keep silent
When someone displeases you.
Take a step back—
It is often the healthiest path.

Keep silent.
Do not hurt.
Do not offend.
Do not argue.

Protect your peace in your own way,
Without shouting or outbursts.
Step away for a moment,
And return when the storm has passed.

The world already carries so much anger—
Why add more?
