I couldn’t help but wonder… when did writing things down become my favorite form of self-care?

Lately, planning looks softer and more intentional and having a pen that glides effortlessly makes the process feel calm instead of rushed. I’ve been loving these Zento Gel Ink Rollerball Pens for journaling, planning, and getting my thoughts out clearly.

This feels like a digital blog post about slowing down and writing life into alignment.

Oh nothing just me making some french toast:

Here’a the updated french toast recipe I follow👇🏾 ✨
2 slices of bread
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
a lil sugar if you’ve got a sweet tooth 😌

Whisk everything (except the bread, obviously), dip, sizzle, flip, and top with whatever you like with your french toast. 💖
