HOF Dance Center

House of Funk Theatre Company was founded in 2005 by Cindy “Mama C” Capener. Originally an adult dance company, we became well known for our Annual Fall Production of Michael Jackson music video “Ghost”. Through theatrical makeup, props, high energy dancing, and acting, HOFTC made its mark in the Dallas dance community.

In 2012 Mama C opened House Of Funk Theatre Companies dance facility for the company to train in, then in 2014 decided to open it to the public. With a highly trained and experienced Staff by her side, Mama C set out on a mission: Unite the Dallas Dance Community, create a loving and friendly environment for people of all ages to train in, and educate people on how to entertain beyond great dancing.
