We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team! As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to work with leadership to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients to help them achieve client’s digital marketing goals. Additionally, you will work with thoughtful, creative and strategic team members and connect with client leaders to make a big difference in their businesses. Every day involves creativity and hustle, learning and listening, asking and answering questions, and collaboration with clients and teammates.

From time to time, this person will also assist with new business and respond to briefs and project manage the creation of pitch documents. This person will nurture strong client relationships and intervene with solutions to problems before they are escalated. They will ensure all campaigns under its leadership are performing to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will manage the company's client portfolio to help clients improve their web presence. This individual will create digital projects to meet customer needs and serve as a point of contact for a customer's digital needs.



Responsibilities

Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
Act as point of contact for clients for digital management matters
Report on digital performance metrics
Define, clarify and create project documentation including scope, schedules, project status reports, estimates and other documents as necessary.
Schedule and prioritize client deliverables collaborating with internal team.
Provide input and direction on client strategies.
Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled project meetings to identify required actions to achieve timely completion as well as documenting all meetings and communication.
Coordinate multiple resources and review of quality outputs for complex client deliverables.
Clearly communicate project objectives, timeline, detailed tasks, and desired outputs to internal and external team members. Monitor the completion of all jobs milestones through the agency and update schedules and team members as required.
Proactive in following up with clients and team members to ensure projects/tasks are on schedule and delivered on time.
Suggest and implement alternative solutions to problems with timelines, schedules, resources and budgets.
Review all client deliverables to ensure high-quality, professional outputs that meet client expectations.
Engage and motivate all necessary team members to ensure a successful client experience and outcomes.
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
Prepare and present reports on their progress
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Qualifications

Strong understanding of online marketing tools
2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager
1-2 years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
2 years of experience with Google Adwords campaigns
In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
2 years of experience in customer service
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
