Hi, I’m Chelsi — your therapist, career counselor and accountability coach. I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a little about my approach.
I believe in being human first. I practice what I teach — self-compassion, acceptance and embracing life’s uncertainties. My approach to therapy is integrative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed blending self-compassion, ACT, and narrative therapy to help you break free from limiting patterns and learn to trust your inner wisdom.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, providing therapy for Texas residents. For clients outside of Texas, I offer virtual coaching and accountability support to help you navigate challenges, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change.
Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, self-acceptance, major life transitions, grief, etc. I offer virtual therapy designed to support you — wherever you are.
