4. High Protein – Eating a high protein dinner is a must. I want to perform at my best every day, and for me, that means a high protein lifestyle. I aim to eat 150 grams every day!
5. Lastly, I am truly obsessed with our protein cookies. So every single night ends with a big cookie before bed! I may or may not think about this cookie all day long. It’s the perfect ending to my dream day!
