Drop a 🙏 if you're ready to let go of past hurt. Here's a four-step process that might just change your life.
1️⃣ Recognize what was lost -- Forgiveness isn't about forgetting or minimizing pain
2️⃣ Remember that God's strength is bigger than any pain you carry. That perspective shifts everything.
3️⃣ Release the debt — stop trying to collect it or wish hardship on the offender.
4️⃣ Pray for their blessing--ask God to bless those who hurt you. It sounds hard, but it’s the key to true freedom. When you forgive, chains fall off — emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
Are you holding onto something that’s weighing you down? Maybe it’s time to start this healing journey.

When we fight cancer, we have enough to navigate physically and emotionally without adding the stress of unforgiveness. After all, Ephesians tells us unforgiveness gives the devil a "foothold" in our lives, a military term for a base of operations of an enemy in our own territory. I realized the self-inflicted pain of unforgiveness could be as devastating to my soul as the cancer was to my body.
