💰 $130,000 - $200,000 per year

Reliable Staffing is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of a Branch Banking President in Bastrop, Austin, Horseshoe Bay, Elgin, Georgetown, and Schulenburg.

As this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch location and work to maintain and develop relations within the community. A banking branch president is responsible for the overall performance and operations of a specific branch.

Their key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and motivating staff
✅ Managing the branch's financial performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
✅ Ensuring excellent customer service
✅ They also play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the branch's goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of lending experience in a financial institution
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory standards for financial institutions
• Background in real estate lending or transactions highly preferred
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills
