A couple of tips from yours truly:
• if you're barely starting a new skincare regimen, don't be afraid if you get a couple of breakouts! They're impurities that your skin is spitting out and it's getting used to its new vitamins and good stuff!
• skin looking dull and losing elasticity? Not a problem! Take some brewed black tea (cold!) and a lemon wedge, rub the lemon all over your face and rinse with a soaked napkin of the black tea! Do this for a couple of days and you'll notice clear, beautiful skin with a touch more firmness!
• you can make your own toner with those old Mother's Day roses! Just boil a cup of water, add water to a bowl of the rose petals (red rose petals), let sit for 30 minutes, strain, and bottle up your rose water toner! Good for 4-6 weeks!
• exfoliating can be a LIFESAVER to oily skin! Your skin may be overcompensating for lack of hydration, so find a great microdermabrasion exfoliator and a HYDRATING moisturizer! Hydro = water, moisture = lotion!
• green tea is also a wonderful benefit to oily skin! Just brew some green tea (no sugar!) and follow the black tea rinse step above 😊
