Okay I couldn’t resist sharing this one… soup INSIDE a dumpling?! The secret is a gelatin-rich broth that gets tucked inside before steaming — as it heats up, it melts back into liquid soup. Basically kitchen magic 🪄

This actually brings back memories… I made these with Tiffany Moon on a past Thai Takeover episode! Such a fun collab and one of my favorite dumpling memories.

Here’s the move if you’ve never had xiaolongbao: nibble a small hole, sip the broth, THEN eat the rest. Trust me on this one 😆
