I’m Kelsey Balch, owner and founder of GLO, a concierge tanning service built from passion, purpose, and a big leap of faith.

After 12 years working at a hedge fund (yes… quite the pivot!), I decided to return to my roots. With a background and degree in cosmetology, I took the leap in 2018 and created GLO — a business that allows me to blend beauty, connection, and confidence in one place.

While this platform has been incredible for growing my business, it’s also become a space where I get to share the things I love most: fitness, fashion, family, and design. All the pieces that make me me.
