In 1860 the Ross family was deeded several hundred acres in Sulphur Springs, by the Great Governor of Texas “Sam Houston”. Today the farm is being run by the 6th generation! We are proud to offer Registered Angus Bulls, Cow/Calf pairs and “Registered Starter Herds”. They are “All Natural” and truly “Grassfed” animals. At 1860 Farms we raise our animals in small groups allowing them to “Rotationally” graze across the pastures just like the Buffalo of days gone past. Our Registered Angus Cattle thrive on fresh pastures every day and keep the land healthy and thriving through this rotational grazing system. We pride ourselves on not on pampering these animals but just letting them flourish the way they were meant to.
